     My name is Owen F. Delaney and I'm a Tampa-based artist and University of South Florida student majoring in Studio Art.

     I was born in Philadelphia and moved to Tampa as a kid. Growing up, I was always drawn to bizarre and macabre subjects like deep-sea creatures, sideshow gaffs, skulls and bones, and other natural oddities. This interest has never ceased and continues to inspire my work. I feel that the best way to describe by art process is portraying strange, mystical and even monstrous subject matters in a way that feels palpable.
